Dispatch from someone who's run both sides of the load.
Former CDL-A driver and fleet dispatcher. I find and negotiate your loads, handle the broker paperwork, and keep your truck moving, so you can focus on driving.
- Starting at 6% per load
- No contracts that lock you in
- No setup fees
- You get paid directly by brokers
How it works
Three steps from first call to your first booked load.
Tell me about your truck
Send your MC#, equipment, and preferred lanes through the form or a quick call.
Sign the dispatch agreement
A simple written agreement makes me your authorized agent. I set you up with brokers and handle carrier packets.
I book, you drive
I find and negotiate loads on your lanes and bring them to you. You approve every load before it's booked.
Know how I work before you sign
You should be able to see what a dispatcher will actually do for you before you hand over a load. Here is my process: check the broker, show you the original rate confirmation, get your approval, and keep the paperwork clear through invoicing.
I'm Dean, based in Long Beach. I drive Class A professionally, with FedEx Express heavyweight experience, and I have dispatched an 18-truck fleet. Pacific Load Partners starts taking carriers in January 2027.
Your dispatch agent. Not a broker.
I work for you under a written agent agreement. You stay in control of your business.
- You approve every load before I book it for you.
- You see the broker's real rate confirmation.
- The broker pays you or your factoring company directly. I do not handle freight payments.
- You pay me 6%. Your first load is free. Cancel anytime.
- I do not accept a load and then look for a truck, or allocate an accepted load between carriers.
The original email. The actual numbers.
I forward the broker's original rate-con email, not a retyped version. You can call the broker to confirm the rate yourself.
Each week, you receive a simple recap with one line per load: gross / my 6% fee / broker / deadhead. The dispatch fee on your free first load is zero. You can follow the numbers without piecing together a week of messages.
A broker check before every booking
Before booking, I check broker authority, credit and fraud signals. I use tools such as Highway for Carriers alongside verification; the tools may change, but the check stays part of the process.
A request to change payment details gets a phone check using an independently confirmed number. An email alone is not enough. No screening process can guarantee payment or eliminate fraud.
Help through your first 90 days of authority
A new MC needs an organized start, not a promise that every broker will say yes. I help you:
- Build a clean packet: W-9, authority letter, COI naming the broker as required, and NOA if you factor.
- Get set up on Highway, MyCarrierPortal, RMIS and DAT OnBoard.
- Find brokers that consider new authorities.
- Focus on smaller regional first loads and build references from completed work.
I coordinate the paperwork. Insurance placement and policy changes belong to a licensed insurance agent; I offer referrals only. Broker acceptance and loads are not guaranteed.
Detention starts with the rate con
Before booking, I get detention terms on the rate confirmation. At the stop, you text arrival and departure times or send a photo documenting them, and keep any lumper receipt.
I prepare detention and lumper charges with the invoice and supporting records for you or your factor to submit. The broker still decides approval under the agreed terms; documentation is not a guarantee of payment.
California runs: keep Clean Truck Check on the calendar
If your truck runs in California, even if it is based elsewhere, I help track its Clean Truck Check test, reporting and fee deadlines in CTC-VIS.
I provide reminders, not testing or legal advice. You remain responsible for compliance. We check the truck's actual deadlines rather than assume every truck has the same schedule.
English or Spanish. Text, WhatsApp or voice notes.
Tell me which language and channel work for you. We can handle dispatch communication in English or Spanish by text, WhatsApp or voice notes.
Let's start with your truck and your lanes
Tell me what you run, where you want to go and when you need to be home. I'll walk you through the process before you decide.

Why Dean
I'm Dean. I've dispatched an 18-truck fleet and driven with a Class A CDL. I know what a load looks like from the dispatch desk and from the driver's seat, and I book loads with both in mind.
You work with me directly, not a call center.
Languages spoken
Talk to your dispatcher in the language you're most comfortable with.
FAQ
What does a truck dispatcher do?
A dispatcher finds loads for your truck, negotiates rates with brokers, handles broker setup and paperwork, and stays in touch with brokers during the load, so you can spend your time driving.
Do I need my own MC authority?
Yes. Independent dispatchers work for carriers with their own active operating authority (MC/DOT numbers) and insurance. Loads are booked under your authority.
How is the fee calculated?
Pricing starts at 6% of the gross rate on each load I book for you. There are no setup fees, and no contract that locks you in.
Is there a trial?
Yes. Your first load is free: no dispatch fee on your first booked load.
Who pays me for the load?
The broker pays you directly. I act as your authorized agent under a written dispatch agreement and never handle your freight money.
Do I have to take every load you find?
No. You approve every load before it's booked. You decide your lanes, rates, and home time.
What documents do I need to get started?
Brokers typically ask for your MC authority letter, a W-9, and a certificate of insurance. I use these to complete broker setups and carrier packets.
